Privacy Policy

This website contains no contact forms, no enquiry forms, no newsletter sign-up, no user accounts and no shopping cart. There is no database behind it and no server-side code that stores anything you do here.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not sell, rent or share visitor data, because we do not hold any.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, telephone or email, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, contact number and details about your space. We use that information only to respond to your enquiry and to carry out any work you go on to commission.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as is useful for servicing your project and honouring your warranty, then delete it. We do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.

Two third-party elements load on this website, and each is governed by that provider's own privacy policy rather than ours:

• Google Maps — the map embed on our contact page is served by Google and may set cookies or collect usage data in your browser.
• WhatsApp — our contact buttons open a conversation in WhatsApp, operated by Meta. Anything you send there is handled under WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy.

We set no cookies of our own. Any cookies present in your browser from this site originate from the embedded Google Map, and you can block them through your browser settings without affecting the rest of the site.

Because we hold no website data, there is generally nothing for us to retrieve or erase. Where you have contacted us directly, you may ask us what correspondence we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will act on that request within a reasonable period.

If we add functionality that changes how information is handled — a form, for instance — we will update this page before that functionality goes live.
